The Egyptian Telecom Ministry is planning to launch 8 new buildings in Cairo Contact Centers Park in Maadi in order to provide 4500 direct job opportunities and 25 thousand indirect job opportunities within the current two years.
Eng. Atef Helmy, Egyptian Telecom Minister asserted that the Ministry is working to finalize the eight building by financing from the Ministry, asserting that it was established Phase II of the new buildings in June 2013, in addition three new buildings that provide 20K direct and indirect job opportunities.
Atef pointed out that the ministry is negotiating with UAE and Saudi Arabia investors to implement projects in Cairo Contact Centers after approving to invest in the region.
He noted that Raya Holding co seeks to offer the project on the Supreme Authority for the partnership between the private and public sector which affiliated to the Finance Ministry to offer the project by PPP system.
It is worth mentioning that Cairo Contact Centers Maadi-Park phase I was established in June 2010 and it located on an area of 75 feddan, this region was contributed in serving IT services abroad through the Egyptian and Global ICT firms specialized in outsourcing fields.
