The United States market witnessed a drop in S&P 500 by -0.10 percent to 4,505.42, losing 4.62 points.

NASDAQ inched down by -0.18 percent and lost 24.87 points to 14,113.70.

The Dow soared by 0.33 percent and gained 113.89 points to close at 34,509.03.
