Egypt aims to export furniture to U.S., Canada – minister
Egypt is looking to export furniture to U.S. and Canada according to the markets needs in the two states, Egyptian Minister of State for Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Nabila Makram said on Tuesday.
Makram made these remarks during visiting Damietta furniture city with businessman Karam Khalil and the city’s governor Manal Awad, along with investor Antony Ramhin – the director of a furniture factory in Canada.
The Egyptian minister said in press statements that these efforts are made according to directives by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to promote Egyptian products abroad and encourage investments.
