Egyptian stock exchange’s market cap decreases in January
The market capitalisation of the Egyptian stock exchange suffered slight losses of EGP 200 million in January, decreasing 0.02 percent from EGP708.3 billion pounds the previous month to EGP 708.1 billion pounds.
The EGX30 benchmark index dropped by 0.31 percent in January to reach 13,918.84 points.
The broader EGX70 index increased by 0.67 percent to 538.04 points.
The all-embracing EGX100 index lost 0.21 percent to 1,395.11 points.
