Egypt-based Raya Contact Center is acquiring a GCC firm

Raya Contact Cente will be submitting a non-binding acquisition proposal to acquire a contact centre services company operating in the GCC region, after its board approval.

The company will conduct all the necessary financial and technical assessments, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

In addition, the due diligence process and the results will be referred to the shareholders for approval.
