Etisalat Egypt Supports NTRA Plan To Combat Unidentified Lines

Eng. Hassan Samy, Corporate Sales Manager at Etisalat Egypt, confirmed that there is a comprehensive plan the company has been adopting to support National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA)’s efforts in regard to eliminate the unidentified lines. Samy added that there are strict instructions given to the company agents and distributors that they shall fully complete all the clients’ data during selling the lines and providing services.

He said the given instructions for agents and distributors emphasize the necessity for the accuracy during filling the clients’ data.
Samy stated that during the previous period, Etisalat has achieved 90 per cent of being committed to accuracy in filling the clients’ data.
Moreover, Samy has commended the NTRA for their efforts, asserting that this step aims to protect the customers as well as the whole society from any crimes committed through the use of anonymous data lines.
He further urged all the companies and distributors to cooperate with National Telecom Regulatory in this regard to put an end for the unidentified lines dilemma.
