Egypt-based developer Madinet Masr has signed a MoU with Misr Engineering Development Company (MEDCOM) for a number of projects in Taj City with a total investment of one billion Egyptian pounds.

Taj City project is being developed on an area of 3.5 million square meters, as part of the company’s expansion strategy within the Egyptian real estate market, the company announced on Monday.

However, the project aims to meet the aspirations and needs of the company’s customers, as it expected to be delivered within 15 months, the statement further mentioned.
