Gaza ‘catastrophe’ incomparable with Ukraine – Putin

Gaza catastrophe is incomparable to the events in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.

Putin made his comments during a news conference in Moscow.

“Everybody here and around the world can see and look at the special military operation and at what is happening in Gaza and feel the difference,” he said.

“But there is nothing like this in Ukraine,” he affirmed.

The Israeli attacks on Gaza left the besieged city in ruins and killed more than 18,600 civilians.

According to the UN, around 10,000 civilians have been killed in Ukraine since the beginning of the war in 2022.
