Egypt allocates more lands for industrial projects

The mandate of five plots of lands, totaling 10 million square metres, are being transferred from the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to the Industrial Development Authority (MTI), according to a statement by the Ministry of Transport on Thursday. The move aims to prepare the land for industrial developers, who will be responsible for the cost of developing utilities.

Located in key industrial zones such as 10th of Ramadan, Badr, 6th of October, Sadat, and Borg El Arab, these lands will be made available to industrial developers.

The government aims to stimulate economic growth by attracting both domestic and foreign investment into these industrial zones.

Minister of Transport Kamel El-Wazir has confirmed strong investor interest in these land parcels, highlighting the potential for job creation and economic expansion.
