Capital Home for Development and Management Touristic Projects has announced that Palma Plaja resort North Coast Egypt will be finalized in mid of 2014 with cost EGP 70 million.
Eslam Rajab, Director of Sales and Marketing at Capital Home, said the company is currently working to finalize all construction and services related to Palma Plaja project in order to deliver it in the coming summer of 2014.
Rajab added that the project is on an area of 60 feddan and located in Km 265, Matrouh Alex Rd. Ras El Hekma, the resort will establish on Agiba-Matrouh hill which is overlooking the sea, where the implementation needs one phase since the company has announced the project in 2010.
Rajab added that the company is based on its own resources in financing the project without restoring to partnership with the investment or tourist companies, explaining that Palma Plaja divides into chalets and duplex villas as the total area of chalets is 100 m and the prices starting from EGP 195.000 but the villas are based on two models with price starting from EGP 399.000 of the duplex villa.
Furthermore, Rajab has asserted that the company has made many facilities outside customers and checkpoints so as to attract a large number of new customers within the current summer.
Reservation and payment systems have been amended as EGP 295.000 downpayment paid and the installment are over five years, 50% downpayment for 10 years since the date of reservation.
