EFG-Hermes Non-Executive Board Member Steps Down

EFG-Hermes Holding (HRHO.CA) announced on Tuesday that non-executive board member Sanjeev Doshi has resigned, effective as of June 4, 2013.

Mr. Doshi has served as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Egyptian Financial Group Hermes Holding Co SAE. He was the Head of Equity Opportunities at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, where he was mandated with identifying strategic partners and assuming equity stakes in companies that are based in the Middle East and North Africa region, as well as on a global basis.
