Eygpt’s El-Sherbiny directs new cities to brace for adverse weather

Egypt’s Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny has directed authorities in new urban areas to prepare for adverse weather conditions forecasted by the Meteorological Authority, the Cabinet said in a statement on Wednesday.

The Meteorological Authority has forecast strong winds laden with dust and sand, along with fluctuating temperatures and moderate to heavy rainfall in several regions and governorates, the statement added.
