Egypt approves sale of land plots in USD for 27 investment requests

Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority Board approved the allocation of land plots for 27 investment requests, with payment in US dollars from abroad, across several new cities. This decision was submitted to the Egyptian Cabinet during its 45th meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly.

The approval covers land plots in New Cairo, 10th of Ramadan, New Damietta, 6th of October, El Obour, Badr, October Gardens, New Beni Suef, New Sohag, and New Assiut.

These lands are designated for various activities including commercial, administrative, residential, integrated urban, logistics, medical, exhibition centres, warehouses, green areas, vehicle service stations, car maintenance centres, and social clubs.
