The US dollar fluctuated against the Egyptian pound in midday trading on Wednesday, averaging around 52.28 pounds for buying and 52.38 pounds for selling across major banks as of 12:58 p.m. Cairo time (10:58 GMT).
Data from leading lenders showed the greenback trading within a narrow range of 52.23 to 52.43 pounds, reflecting broadly stable demand for foreign currency in the local market.
