Kemet Precious Metals (KPM) has announced the launch of KPM+, a loyalty programme bringing the company’s portfolio of brands together under one integrated platform. The programme allows customers to earn points on their purchases and redeem them across KPM’s brands, as well as through a network of partner brands operating across various sectors.
Through KPM+, customers can earn points on purchases made across KPM’s brands, including BTC, GD&M, Gemeva and Odyssey, as well as on bookings made through Travel Boutique. Customers can then use their accumulated points to access exclusive benefits and offers on products and services across the company’s portfolio or redeem them at Gemeva stores. The programme also extends these benefits to a network of partner brands spanning several sectors, including health and personal care, pharmacies, retail and supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment, and more.
Customers can access and redeem their points directly through the KPM+ app, either by using discount codes across KPM’s brands or by redeeming their points at any of the program’s participating partner brands.
Hassan Nassar, CEO of Kemet Precious Metals, said: “The launch of KPM+ marks another step in our efforts to enhance the customer experience and strengthen integration across our brands. The program allows customers to derive greater value from their purchases through a diverse range of benefits and offers. It also reflects KPM’s direction towards expanding its service offering and building strategic partnerships with brands across different sectors, providing customers with a more integrated and diverse experience.”
