Mossad Al-Naggar, Head of the Egyptian Commercial Office in Sudan, said the Egyptian- Sudan trade relations have seen a remarkable growth in the last recent years, pointing out that the total volume of trade between the two countries reached around US$839 million in compared to US$772 million in 2012, move up by 8.7%, this affair represents a positive developing in the side of commercial exchanges between the both.
The Joint investment relations are in a positive road, as the total Sudanese investments in Egypt reached about US$97 million representing in 325 Sudanese firms focusing on financing and service, agricultural , construction , tourism and telecommunications sectors, Al-Naggar noted.
Moreover, he illustrated that the numbers of Egyptian projects which invested in Sudan in the period ranging from 2000-2013 with issued capital US$10.8 billion reached up 229 projects and concentrating in industrial, agricultural, service sectors.
