175 Global Firms Willing to Invest in Egypt’s Renewable Energy Sector: Minister

Egyptian Investment Minister Ashraf Salman revealed that the government received requests from 175 global and local firms in the term of 4000 MW that rolled out by the government in the field of renewable energy.

The Minister stressed on the Ministry’s keenness to facilitate all the measures for the firms that are willing to invest.

From his part, Minister of Industry and Trade Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour noted that he requested from several Arab and Foreign firms in order to launch projects in the field of energy and this comes in the light of Egypt’s main features for establishing developed projects in energy field whether renewable or non-renewable energies.
