PM appoints ambassador Elnaggar as 1st assistant to Egypt’s planning minister

Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail issued a decree appointing Ambassador Yasser Elnaggar as the First Assistant to the Minister of Planning starting from 17 April 2016.

Elnaggar was the first Assistant to the Minister of Investment, where he was responsible for coordinating Egypt Economic Development Conference – EEDC – in Sharm El-Sheikh.

The EEDC repositioned Egypt on the global investment map and affirm its potential as a trusted partner on the international stage.

Elnaggar also took over many of investors’ problems either through a committee for conflict resolution or solution through his participation in the special number of international arbitration cases negotiations.
