Egypt’s construction company Al-Abd says it is implementing 83 buildings in the county’s social housing project, with costs totalling 240 million Egyptian pounds ($13.5 million).
The buildings are located in Fayoum, Sadat, El-Ayat, and Gamasa cities, said managing director Said Fattouh on Wednesday.
“We target doubling the accomplishment rates to deliver the social housing buildings within one year maximum,” Fattouh noted.
In addition, the Egyptian official further added that Al-Abd is executing other 16 residential buildings, at a cost exceeding 222 million pounds.
These buildings are being established in favour of the county’s state-run Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development and Maadi Company for Development and Construction, Fattouh concluded.
