Burg El Arab delivers first phase of lands
The body of Burg El Arab New city starts March 4th to deliver the first phase of construction lands and their number 452 piece with ranging areas of 210 – 300 meter square. Draw on these lands has taken place last October of 2011.
Engineer/ Ahmed Fouad Abd El Latif, head of the city’s body, stated that the second phase of lands, numbering 1700 piece of land on area of 200-300 meter square, would be delivered following the completion of delivering first phase lands, according to MENA.
Abd El Latif said that those lands are allocated for housing and dedicated to families of Alexandria, Beheira, Matrouh and Kafr El Sheikh’s residents. The price of the meter is LE500 and 25% of the total value of the land is paid on its delivery and the rest of the amount to be paid on 3 years interest-free.
