Egypt Should Control Touristic Services: Russian Minister

The Russian Minister of Tourism, Alexander Radakov, called on the Egyptian authorities to critically control the touristic services for the tourists, especially the Russians.

This call came after a Russian tourist and his wife were died in Hurghada at the beginning of March due to alcohol intoxication.

During his meeting with some officials from the Egyptian tourism sector in Moscow, Radakov expressed his concern over this incident; emphasizing the necessity of controlling the services that are being provided to the Russian tourists in Egypt.

The companies, which don’t have licenses, shouldn’t deal with the tourists and also there should be a control on Alcoholic beverages in the resorts, the Russian Minister said during his meeting with the Egyptian officials.

It is worth mentioning that Russian market ranks first in the Egyptian tourism market.
