Argentinian soccer star Lionel Messi bought a waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale, Florida property, for approximately $10.8 million, following he moved to the United States in a huge deal.
Messi has purchased the modern-style, two-story house on Compass Lane in Bay Colony, a gated single-family home community, on September 1, according to a deed recorded in Broward County.
The 10,500-square-foot house has 10 bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a powder room, two docks, plus the property has 170 feet of water frontage. The residence was built in 1988 and is situated on a cul-de-sac.
