Gold prices in Egypt climbed on Tuesday, tracking gains in international markets, even as domestic demand remained subdued, data from official pricing platforms showed.
By 18:04 local time (16:04 GMT), 24-carat gold was pricing at 6800 Egyptian pounds per gram, up 85.75 pounds, or 1.28 per cent, from Monday’s close of 6714.25 pounds. Other purities posted similar gains:
