Egypt’s net FX reserves climb to $51.452 bln in December – CBE
Egypt’s net foreign reserves rose to $51.452 billion at the end of December, up from $50.216 billion a month earlier, the central bank said on Tuesday.
The $1.236 billion increase, equivalent to a 2.5 per cent month-on-month gain, was supported by steady inflows from exports, tourism and remittances, despite a challenging global economic environment.
