Egypt’s Top 50 Women Forum launches phase II of Masarak L Bokra
Egypt’s Top 50 Women Forum, in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications, launched the second phase of a youth training programme on Saturday, targeting 200 students from 45 universities and adding financial literacy to its existing technology and marketing tracks.
The second wave of Masarak L Bokra (Your Path to Tomorrow) Initiative, titled “Building an Integrated Professional Personality”, was launched at the Institute of National Planning (INP) in Cairo.
The online training programme runs from 15 November to 15 December 2026 and aims to equip participants with specialised, professional, and life skills to better prepare them for the labour market.
The new phase expands the programme’s curriculum to include financial literacy alongside the technology and marketing tracks introduced in the first phase, combining technical expertise with financial awareness and professional skills.
Dina Abdel Fattah, founder and chairwoman of Top 50 Women Forum, said the expanded programme aims to develop young people’s professional capabilities and equip them to meet the changing demands of the labour market.
“The launch of the second wave of Masarak L Bokra reflects our commitment to investing in the capabilities of Egyptian youth through an integrated training programme that goes beyond specialised and technological skills to include professional development, life skills, and financial literacy, better preparing young people for the changing demands of the labour market.” Abdel Fattah said.
She said the partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the INP reflects cooperation between government institutions and civil society organisations to support youth development.
The programme also aims to bridge the gap between academic education and labour market requirements by combining technical training with personal and leadership skills.
Abdel Fattah said the initiative seeks to move beyond theoretical learning by providing participants with opportunities for practical training at companies and institutions, allowing them to apply their acquired skills in real working environments.
Participants are expected to access summer and practical training opportunities at companies during July, August, and September, according to the programme’s plan.
