Egyptian Minister of Trade Tarek Qabil has started Tuesday its visit to Switzerland to take part in the 47th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in city of Davos.
This year’s annual meeting in Davos takes place from 17 to 20 January under the theme “Responsive and Responsible Leadership”.
The World Economic Forum in Davos will also be attended by Minister of Investment Dalia Khorshed.
Qabi is set to participate as a main guest in a number of Davos sessions, one of them will tackle the future of the Arab countries’ economies. In this session, the Egyptian minister will address the major economic reforms in his country, which seek to provide new investment opportunities, notably in the industrial sector, backed by some recent legislative incentives.
