Egypt’s Orouba Misr for Construction and Development says it has launched the second phase of its housing project debut – Orouba Skyline Compound – in Smouha neighborhood, Alexandria.
Spanning over 50,000 square metres in four phases, Orouba Skyline is with total investments worth 7 billion Egyptian pounds ($433.9 million), the company’s chief executive Hazem El Deeb announced on Saturday.
“The project will include a number of services buildings, besides 1,300 housing units of 1,145 apartments and 100 villas with spaces ranging between 90 square metres and 400 square metres,” El Deeb said.
Orouba Skyline will also encompass two administrative and medical towers as well as one commercial mall, hotel, and entertainment area, he added.
“We will deliver the project within 2022,” El Deeb said.
