CI Capital posts an increase in net profit by 46% during 2019

CI Capital achieved net profit of 544.8 million Egyptian pounds in 2019, an increase of 46 percent year-over-year (YoY), according to CI Capital’s 2019 consolidated results.

The company’s total revenue reached  2.6 billion pounds in 2019, up 39.2 percent  YoY, with an NBFS contribution of 83.3 percent.

In terms of CI Capital’s total financing portfolio, the results showed that it reached 8.2 billion pounds, increasing 9.7 percent YoY.

“CI Capital’s net interest income reached 750.0 million pounds up 37.1 percent YoY, with a blended NIM of 9.6 percent, while the company’s net operating profit reported 889.8 million pounds, up 49.7percent YoY,” according to the company’s consolidated results.

The results found that the company’s investment banking advisory revenues recorded 81.2 million pounds growing 18.3 percent.
