Fresh Electric develops ventilators, experiments the first prototype

Fresh Electric for Home Appliances has developed ventilators the new devices according to Mohamed El Mohandes, Chairman of the Chamber of Engineering Industries.

He also told Amwal Al Ghad that the company is carrying out medical tests on the prototype to ensure that its ability to do its job efficiently.
A ventilator, sometimes also called Respirator, is a machine that provides mechanical ventilation by moving breathable air into and out of the lungs, to deliver breaths to a patient who is physically unable to breathe, or breathing insufficiently.

El Mohandes also noted that the Ministry of Military Production is carrying out studies in cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization to manufacture ventilators amid the state needs for them to face the coronavirus crisis.
