Egyptian Healthcare Firms Can Join GAIF: Abdel Khalek Khalil

The healthcare companies in Egypt can now join the General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF), said Abdel Khalek Raouf Khalil, secretary general of GAIF.

On the sidelines of the Second Regional Forum on Medical Insurance & Healthcare, Abdel Raouf Kotb, chairman of the Insurance Federation of Egypt, called on GAIF not to accept the membership of healthcare companies that do not comply with the protocol of cooperation signed between IFE and the Egyptian Healthcare Management Society which states that healthcare companies shall not issue insurance policies.

Ehab Abul Magd, chairman of the Egyptian Healthcare Management Society, also called on GAIF to support such protocol of cooperation.
