The board of Egyptian Trade Union Federation decided to file a lawsuit against President Mohamed Morsi, PM Hesham Kandil and Minister of Manpower Khaled Al Azhry.
This came during the board’s meeting that was held yesterday at the headquarters in Cairo.
The federation referred that the lawsuit is precautionary measure to prevent any legislation concern the syndicate organization in the election process.
The leaders unanimously refused the resignation of Ahmed Abdel Zahar, Chairman of Egyptian Trade Union Federation, and they clung to him till having new elections.
