European stocks slump on Monday’s morning

The British stocks slid down in the early morning as the pan-European Stoxx600 index eased by about 1 percent in early trade, with financial services stocks shedding 1.9 percent but oil and gas sectors gained 0.9 percent.

U.K.’s FTSE 100 shed by 0.50 percent to 6,859.22, while German index – Dax decreased by 0.96 percent to 11,998.52.

Meanwhile, France’s index – CAC40 1.49 percent to 5,676.58, on the other hand gained 19.95, or 1.01 percent to 1,977.26.

Italy’s index – FTSE MIB 0.68 percent to reach 20,509.31 points, and Amsterdam index – AEX index fell down by 1.18 percent to record 633.03.
