Rihanna rents Arizona house for $500K

American Singer, Rihanna rented out a mansion in Arizona for a week for $500,000 during the Super Bowl in February, as she was headlining the event’s halftime show.

The house’s owner, Sypro Malaspinas, was approached by a property management firm with the offer to rent his home for a week, which is 6,400 square feet, has five bedrooms, and Malaspinas bought for $7.3 million in 2022.

Malaspinas’ rental income from that week could pay his mortgage for two full years.

The house is 30 minutes away from the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, where the Grammy-winner singer performed the halftime show.

The 2023 Super Bowl was the third most watched TV show in history, with 113 million viewers.
