Asian markets briefing 08/06/2023

The majority of the Asian markets closed high on Thursday  with the Chinese main index, SSEC, rising by 0.49 percent to 3,213.59, gaining 15.83 points.

Nikkei 225 fell for the second day in a row by -0.85 percent and lost 272.47 points to close at 31,641.27.

HSI, Hong Kong’s main index, soared by 0.13 percent to 19,277.53 and gained 25.53 points.
