Egypt’s Court To Look Into Mobinil’s Challenge On Terrestrial Circuits

On Saturday, Egypt’s Administrative Court,  the Investment circuit headed by Justice Hassouna Tawfik, Vice President of the Council of State to look into the two challenges submitted by Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil)-(EMOB.CA) against the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) in regard to the correlation of the call prices from Telecom Egypt to Mobinil , and those issued by the three mobile phone to Telecom Egypt.

Moreover, Mobinil has refused the amendments in regard to the correlation of the call prices for the rental of Terrestrial Circuits of the 3 Mobile phone firms, and also the prices of the rental of international communication portal, Mobinil has demanded for stopping the implementation of the issued decisions from NTRA for amending correlation prices.
