Egypt’s OTMT Announces Board Tweak

In a filling sent on Monday to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding S.A.E. (OTMT) has announced some changes in its board of directors amid the resignation of its non executive board member Hassan Abdou.

Accordingly, OTMT’s current Board Members are as follows: Naguib Sawiris – Executive Chairman, Karim Beshara – CEO, Khaled Bichara – Non Executive Board Member, Iskandar Shalaby – Non Executive Board Member, Mohamed Ibrahim Shaker – Non Executive Board Member, and Ayman Soliman – Non Executive Board Member.
