Dr. Noha Adly Appointed As First Deputy To Egypt’s ICT Minister

Dr. Hesham Kandil , Egypt’s Prime Minister has appointed Dr. Noha Adly Mohamed Abdel Rahman as the First Deputy to the Minister of Communications and Information Technology ICT starting from the first of March.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Adly obtained her PhD in Computer Science from Cambridge University, UK, in 1995, and worked also as a Professor of Computer and Systems Engineering at Alexandria University, assistant professor in the same department, a Head of ICT sector at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) and also chaired international institute for IT studies in Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA).
