Kandil Meets With IMF Technical Mission For Talks On US$ 4.8 Bln Loan

The Egyptian Prime Minister Hesham Kandil meets with the technical mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) today at 4:00 p.m. to resume talks over the long-delayed US$ 4.8 billion.

Kandil will discuss with the mission the results of the talks held with the Minister of Finance, Minster Planning and Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt.

The Ministry of Finance will review the budget again which is based on the new economic and social reform plan that was rejected by IMF, sources said.
