Egypt’s CBE net profit hit EGP88.284b in Nov’24

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) reported on Wednesday that its net profit was 88.284 billion Egyptian pounds at the end of November 2024, down from 107.693 billion pounds in October 2024.

According to the CBE’s Monthly Financial Position Report, total equity also decreased to 143.192 billion pounds in November, compared to 162.413 billion pounds in October. Meanwhile, total liabilities rose to 6.249 trillion pounds at the end of November, up from 6.213 trillion pounds at the end of October.
