Egypt c.bank says total assets hit EGP6.249t in Nov’24

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) said on Wednesday that its total assets increased to 6.249 trillion Egyptian pounds by the end of November 2024, up from 6.213 trillion pounds at the end of October 2024.

According to the CBE’s monthly financial position report, the central bank’s investments in the capitals of international financial institutions amounted to 26.210 billion pounds. Additionally, the CBE’s investments in the capitals of subsidiaries and associates totaled 79.099 billion pounds.
