Egypt’s c. bank issues EGP 7.5b FRN T-bonds

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced on Wednesday that it will issue new treasury bills (T-bills) worth 7.5 billion Egyptian pounds with two maturities between May 2028 and June 2030.

The first batch amounts to six billion pounds for three years with a quarterly return, while the second batch totals 1500 million pounds for five years with a quarterly return, the bank said.
