Ibrahim Abu Emira, Chairman of the Egyptian-Moroccan Chamber of Commerce, has revealed that the chamber aims to establish an Egyptian Moroccan holding company for business and investment at the beginning of 2014, at total capital of EGP 10 million.
In an exclusive statement to “Amwal Al Ghad”, Abu Emira said the company will be authorized to lead the joint business and investment between the two countries in the coming period; referring to listing this company in the agenda of the official Egyptian mission topped by PM Hazem Al-Beblawi that is scheduled to travel by the end of July.
He referred that the chamber plans to support the joint investments between Egypt and Morocco in the coming period. Abu Emira added that they also aim to establish two factories for ready-made garments in both countries in addition to joint factories for aluminum and natural juice in Morocco as well as establishing an Egyptian Moroccan publishing house.
