Gold prices rise in Egypt on Thursday, 11 Dec., 2025
Gold prices in Egypt inched higher on Thursday, gaining 0.27 per cent across major purities as softer domestic demand weighed on the local market, according to official pricing platforms.
At 16:58 local time (14:58 GMT), 24-carat gold was trading at 6445.75 Egyptian pounds per gram, up 17.25 pounds from Wednesday’s close of 6,428.5 pounds. Other purities recorded similar increases:
