Madinet Masr wins CSR & Sustainability Award at Amwal Al Ghad 2026

Madinet Masr won the CSR & Sustainability Award at the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony 2026 on Monday, in recognition of its efforts to promote corporate social responsibility and sustainable development in Egypt’s real estate sector.

The award highlights the company’s initiatives in community development, environmental sustainability and social impact, as businesses across Egypt face growing pressure to align growth strategies with long-term sustainability goals.

Madinet Masr has expanded its focus on sustainability through projects aimed at improving energy efficiency, supporting local communities, and integrating environmental considerations into urban development.

The recognition comes as sustainability and ESG standards gain increasing importance across Egypt’s corporate sector, particularly in industries such as real estate, where environmental and social considerations are becoming central to long-term investment strategies.

The award was presented during the 11th edition of the annual Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony in Cairo, held under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly.

This year’s event, held under the theme “Leading the Narrative: Shaping the Future,” brought together government officials, business leaders and investors to recognise achievements across Egypt’s economic, social and corporate sectors.
