Hyde Park Developments to acquire 415-feddan plot in 6th of October City – Cabinet

Hyde Park Developments signed an agreement on Monday to acquire a 415-feddan plot of land in 6th of October City’s eastern expansion area, formerly known as Dreamland, to develop a major real estate project, the Egyptians Cabinet said. The deal followed the signing of contracts with National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr.

The project will be the company’s fourth in West Cairo and tenth across its real estate portfolio, making it its largest development in West Cairo to date.

The agreement reflects cooperation between major banking institutions and the real estate sector to support investment and urban expansion, while strengthening the role of banking alliances in supporting developers and generating added value for the Egyptian market.

Banque Misr said the cooperation reflects its strategy of supporting vital sectors and enhancing their competitiveness by leveraging institutional capabilities and operational expertise while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

The bank added that it would continue supporting investment initiatives that generate added value for the national economy, improve the investment climate and advance sustainable development under Egypt Vision 2030.

The agreement also reinforces the role of Banque Misr and NBE in supporting the Egyptian economy and their subsidiaries. Cooperation with competent and reputable companies in real estate investment is an important factor in ensuring project sustainability and maximising asset efficiency.

The acquisition marks a new phase in Hyde Park Developments’ growth strategy, strengthening its competitiveness and supporting the development of integrated urban communities in West Cairo, while positioning the company to pursue broader investment opportunities.
