The Arab Contractors Co is planning to finalize its Fitch-Town residential project and to deliver it by the end of the current year with total cost up $150 million.
Eng. Ehab Mansour, the Technical director of the African project sectors in the company , asserted that the company has obtained the project upon direct order after sending official letters by Equatorial Guinea to the company’s branch so as to engage in the project.
He pointed out that the project is considered to be a tropical forest which inhabited by a number of residents and it has shifted into Integrated residential city facilities under the name of ‘Fitch-Town’ on an area of 14 Feddan.
The project targeted to establish 2000 residential units with various areas, in addition establishing electricity power, sewage and water networks and it is scheduled to complete the project by the end of 2013.
He explained that the expansion in Africa is one of the company’s goals in order to compensate the loss of business in the Egyptian market, as well as to meet with the needs of the African countries for launching fresh projects specially ‘Infrastructure projects’.
