Trade Minister: Government Targets 15% Increase In Exports

Trade and Industry Minister Mounir Fakhry Abd el-Nour said the government targets a 15% increase in non-petroleum exports in 2014 in comparison with the previous year.

He added that his ministry had laid out a full strategy for promoting industrial exports in the current year. The minister indicated that Egyptian exports in 2013 totaled up to EGP 148 billions with an 11% year-on-year surge.
