Egyptian Takaful Insurance’s Investments May up EGP280mn by June-End

The total expected investments of Egyptian Takaful Insurance Company (Property) will reach up EGP280 million by the end of ongoing month El-Sayed Bayoumi – head of investment department said.

Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad Arabic’s Website, Bayoumi explained that Takaful eyes EGP251 million investments by the end of the current month but it succeeded in attaining a plan with 5.9% growth rate at the end of last March to up EGP265.8 million.

The investment returns of the company reached EGP36.7million at the end of the third quarter of this year against EGP26million in the previous period with 41% growth rate, Bayoumi noted.

The market share of the company’s investments accounted for 35.1% from the total insurance investments value.
