Unified Licence to be Ready in Egypt by October – NTRA

National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) is planning finalising all the executive measures and final approvals of Unified licence by October and this after the Cabinet will approve on the financial items and measures which has taken by NTRA so as to apply the regulative frame of the licence.

Minister Atef Helmy was previously explained that the final approvals of licence will take several weeks.

The cost of establishing the national entity worth EGP300 million while Telecom Egypt’s  licence estimated at EGP2.5 billion in addition to EGP100 million the value of the three mobile operators’ fixed phone.
