Orascom Construction’s Egypt Share Offer to be priced in Egyptian Pounds – CEO

Orascom Construction said on Saturday that its sale of new shares in Egypt would be priced in Egyptian pounds, CEO Osama Bishai told a news conference.

The company said on Thursday it would price the shares at between $13.33 and $15.23 each.
